- Subscribe to This Little Publisher, a "how to" series written by Alli Bryden, an editor with extensive experience in publishing. Alli now has started her own publishing house, Brydon Books.

- The chapters, which are issued bi-weekly, are not theoretical, but wonderful nuts and bolts guides of what to do to get your books for children published.

(How I know Alli? She is the daughter of Eileen Shaloum, the art teacher with whom I worked in Kings Park.)
